How long have you been in business?
The London Connection was established in 1985 and has been under the same management since that time.
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy: The London Connection will refund in full, less a $150.00 service fee, if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. We suggest travel insurance.

What will our receipt document contain?
The Receipt Document will contain a receipt that shows that you have paid in full, a copy of the description of the flat rented, a map of the area with local restaurants and sights, the phone number, and information that you will need while in London.
Do you offer Babysitting?
Yes, we can arrange babysitting on your behalf or you can contact our babysitter for your trip to London.

QUALIFICATIONS: LINDSEY IS 20 YEARS OLD AND IS CURRENTLY TRAINING TO BE A NURSERY SCHOOL TEACHER. LINDSEY IS CURRENTLY WORKING IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM. HER FAMILY IS WELL KNOWN TO OUR COMPANY AS SOME OF OUR MOST LOYAL AND DEPENDABLE EMPLOYEES.
